  • Shipping & Delivery

    In stock orders normally ship within one business day, 95% of orders placed before 12:00 pm PST (Monday-Friday) even ship the same day. The amount of time in transit is based upon your shipping method choice.

    The freight charges listed on our orders and quotations are estimates and may change based on our actual charges for your order. In most instances the quoted shipping will be accurate, but if any changes are needed you will be notified for approval prior to shipment. We reserve the right to change shipping methods.

    Partial shipments may be available on larger orders, otherwise it is our policy to hold orders until they can ship complete.

    Special Note on "Supersaver" shipping

    Please note when selecting the "Supersaver" shipping option that your package will ultimately be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please make sure that your delivery address is serviced by USPS before placing your order.

    Supersaver shipping is a 3-8 business day lead time, which will not take into account weekends or holidays. Orders to the east coast will most likely take the full 8 business days to arrive to you as we are based out of CA. Orders to HI and AK may have extended lead times.

  • Returns & Replacements

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with merchandise purchased from Glen Products, you may return it within 90 days for a full refund of the parts price. Shipping unfortunately is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    To return your items please pack them along with a copy of your invoice and send them to:

    The refund will be issued back to you in the method of your payment, if you paid by credit card and your order is 60-90 days old you will receive a check by mail. Please allow up to 72 hours once we have received your return for the refund to be processed.

    Exchanges are currently only available to businesses, schools, churches, non-profits and/or government agencies. To request an exchange please call our Business Solutions Line at 1-800-486-4455, representatives are available to take your call 7:00am - 4:30 pm PST, Monday - Friday.
